Shipping policy

Our Delivery and Shipping Policy:

We aim to pack and post all items within 1-2 business days. We sometimes see a surge in orders as a consequence of videos becoming popular, particularly on TikTok and Instagram. Orders may take a bit longer if this occurs, but we will do all in our power to get them out as soon as possible.

We use the following shipping providers

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack
  • Fast Way

Based on your order and the weight we will determine which shipping provider we will use, either way though you will be able to track your delivery.

Standard Delivery
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide for all parcels.

2-6 Business Days (depending on your location). Every Parcel comes with with Tracking Information If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Express / Express (Insulated):
$14.95 flat rate for express post 1-4 Business Days (depending on your location) Tracking will be provided for all parcels.

Express Post does not included packages that weigh more than 5kg.

Note: When choosing Express (Insulated), we take extra care to help prevent your chocolates from melting. We use two layers of insulation:

  1. Inner Layer: Your chocolates are wrapped in insulated bubble wrap 
  2. Outer Layer: A second layer of insulated bubble wrap surrounds the first layer, providing additional insulation.

While we do our best to protect your chocolates, this still does not guarantee they won’t melt. Please also note that we do not send out items on Thursday or Friday (unless you’re local to Sydney) to prevent products from sitting in the Australia Post depot over the weekend. We recommend checking your local weather before ordering.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy and Information

Note: All items are shipped in regular cardboard boxes, including chocolates, which can melt. When you choose Express (Insulated), we add an ice pack and two layers of insulated bubble wrap to help protect against heat. However, this still does not guarantee that your chocolates won’t melt during transit, especially on warm days. Please keep in mind that ice packs generally last up to 48 hours but may melt faster in temperatures above 40 degrees.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for melted items, so please consider this before placing your order.

What you can do to avoid melting:

  • Select Express (Insulated) shipping option on checkout.
  • We are located in Sydney, please keep this in mind if you live in the country or a place where delivery is only done a few times a week.
  • If you selected Authority to Leave, make sure someone is around to receive the shipment so it doesn’t sit outside in the sun.
  • Check the temperature in your area before shipping. Some of our products contain product that can melt at temperatures as low as 28 degrees.
  • Place orders at the beginning of the week so they don’t sit in the depot over the weekend

Package hasn't arrived

In the rare case that you have not received your package within 10 days of placing your order and receiving the tracking number, please contact us. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to cover the postage costs to have it resent to the correct address.

Please note, however, that if returned due to an address error, the chocolates and loaded peanut butter will need to be disposed of, as their general shelf life is around 3 weeks. For health and safety reasons, we do not recommend eating chocolates that are older than this. In such cases, a new order will be required, as refunds cannot be issued for perishable items.
